2026-27 Eagle Update

Indian Hills Elementary

It’s a great week to be an Eagle! 🦅

We are settling into our school-year routines, and it is wonderful to see Indian Hills buzzing with learning, laughter, and connection again.

This week, our teachers will continue digging into teaching and learning through grade-level PLCs and support from our Literacy Coach, while our PTO kicks off its first meeting of the year. We’ll wrap up the week with one of our favorite traditions—VIP Donuts on Friday morning—followed by an early release at 1:30 p.m.

There is a lot happening at Indian Hills, and we are grateful to have our students back and our school year officially underway!

Counselor Corner

Last week was a ton of fun! I loved going to recess and lunch with your children. This week, I will be meeting with each grade-level to talk about what my role is at Indian Hills and how we will all work together to make sure we are safe, responsible, respectful, kind, and that we work hard together.

VIP Donuts

This Friday is our morning social - students are encouraged to bring a Very Important Person (VIP) for donuts before school 7:30 to 8:00 a.m.

Anyone can serve as a VIP, including teachers and staff. We want every student to join us!
