Eagle Update

Indian Hills Elementary

Dear Indian Hills Families,

Spring Break is just one week away! As we head into this final stretch, thank you for helping students stay focused, engaged, and ready to finish strong before a well-deserved break.
Warmly,

Dr. P. 🦅

The countdown begins, one week left until SPRING BREAK!

A big shout out to the 4th graders who put on a heartwarming performance last week. It is always a blast to play guitar on a stage with both dinosaurs and paleontologists!

This week, with the upper grades, we’ll be wrapping up our March Madness by reviewing our brackets, our college research projects, and other post-secondary opportunities for the classes of 2032 and 2033. Here’s a look at what 3rd and 4th grade will be up to in SEL:
  • 3rd Grade – Frozen: Describe ways we can identify how other people are feeling via body language, active listening, facial expression, etc. Identify and describe how others are feeling.
  • 4th Grade - “The Me List”: Identify and share our personal learning needs. Discuss how family members, friends, teachers, or other trusted adults can support us in positive ways.
